"This hotel offered excellent front desk service, however, the property was stinky and dingy. It’s really old and looks incredibly worn. I appreciate the kindness from the front desk but will absolutely look elsewhere for future overnight stays."

"Everything about the stay was great. The only issue I had was with the shuttle service. I was not told they were temporarily picking up at the airport in a different spot. I called from the airport after waiting 45mins and the front desk person told me the shuttle would arrive shortly but did not mention the new (temporary) pick up spot. I called again after waiting an hour and this person was very helpful and advised me as to where to go. This information should have been given to me before my arrival. It’s a bummer after a long travel day to wait so long to get to your room. Other than that my stay was great"
