"From check-in to checkout the front desk staff was great suggesting restaurants and also answering our questions. Not usually a big fan of hotel breakfasts but this hotel’s was exceptional. MANY options and also VERY well kept and stocked with a lot of options. GREAT costa coffee. "

"The pool and hot tub were closed, which was a huge disappointment- and should have disclosed this when making thd reservation. There is no hot breakfast- just a wafflemaker and microwaveable sandwiches. On our 2 night stay, the toilet started leaking out from underneath the first morning, so we had to switch rooms. The second room was NOT two queen-size beds, but two double-size beds, so the second night we didn't sleep very well. Otherwise, the property is older (bathrooms are VERY tight space), but relatively clean. Still, would not stay here again."

"Every time we stay there the pool is too cold to even get in. It would be nice if you could raise the temperature so we could use the pool. "

"The only reason I give a 3 star review is regarding amenities. The hot was out of use. The washer did not spin the water out of my clothes. (Small load). After 2 cycles of the dryer, my clothes were still very damp"
