"The waterpark was fun for my kids. Pretty small but they still enjoyed themselves. It was very affordable but to be honest, the room was nothing to be desired. It was tired looking, dusty, the fridge was dirty and it just didn’t look like anyone had cleaned it prior to our arrival. The TV remote didn’t work properly so that was frustrating. The bathroom looked clean so that was a plus. We weren’t there for the room and I didn’t make a fuss but I would prefer to pay more for a cleaner and put together environment."

"Breakfast which is usually free with the room cost $18 each, ridiculous. The breakfast was even simpler than many other hotels that offer a buffet breakfast with the room. $18 for it is simply ridiculous. "

"I love the history of the hotel and all the photographs on the hallway walls of old Glens Falls and the surrounding area. I only wish that some of the framed photographs had information telling us where and when they were taken. My room was really beautiful and looked out on City Park. The pool was exactly the right temperature, and the hot tub was wonderful. However, next time, I'm going to ask for an accessible room, because my bathroom had the lowest toilet I've ever seen - great for kids, but not for senior citizens."

"Overall, the place was nice, but my experience was disappointing. I went on a Monday and several amenities weren’t available—the hot tub was closed, the shuttle wasn’t running, and the club was closed. The pool wasn’t heated, so it was too cold to enjoy, and even the fire pit was off. For the price, I expected more to be available. It felt like there wasn’t much to do, which was frustrating"

"4 night stay worst one yet arcade half machine were broken or just taken money and not working ....had to go get towels mutliple times for the pool and was given the basket full of them like i worked there and am supposed to bring them down... people we went with also got locked out of there room and noby to fix it no maintenance guy.... room dirty and stained when we got there and the best part me and my son have bites like bed bugs i am covered in bites the day we left and found one later that day now have to worry about bringing them into my home ...worst stay ever and will be filling a complaint "
