"Nice new hotel in Northborough. Friendly efficient front staff. The room was clean but a little sterile. Some stains on the comforter that was a little off putting—no duvet. Not your typical Hilton pillows. Nice breakfast and good coffee with oat milk option. Nice place if you need to stay in the area for a short trip."

"What a lovely inn! The room was on the small side, but had everything we needed, was clean and the bed was SO comfortable! Staff was helpful and cheerful and the bar makes a great drink. I would ask the inn to reconsider offering free bottled water to guests - sell reusable bottles in your gift store and have a fountain available to fill them up. Single use plastic water bottles are horrible for the environment. But again, loved the hotel and we'll be back if we find ourself in the area again."

"Room was clean, staff were pleasant and helpful, air conditioning worked, there are a variety of food serving choices within walking distance. The property is extremely dated to the point of being visually unappealing. Exterior screams for a paint job. Repairs undertaken in my room were slapped on. It looks like a demolition company is arriving soon to tear the place down and the management is just keeping the place clean and the lights on until that moment arrives? Why stay here? It is relatively inexpensive for the area and as others have noted, if all you need is a clean room for the night they have what you want."
