"Beware if you book pay at arrival. Arrived at 3:15 and was told there wasn't a room avaliable. "

"My experience was horrible from the first day. My sheets were wet when I arrived I asked the front desk for more sheets, when the receptionist brought them up she stated that I would have to put them on myself because house keeping was left at 3 pm. The second set of sheets that I received had blood on them, which I recorded a video and the final straw was roaches in my refrigerator. When the manager contacted me I was told that she worked 12 hour days, and how it was a bit of an I convince to demand I speak to her on a Sunday at 8 am. She definitely took me by surprise at her response to these issues. I didn't care whether I posted the videos online, which was only my response to her nonchalant attitude. I have never had such a horrible experience at a Wyndham Hotel !!! I will never return !!! Overall the experience was very ghetto! I wish I could post the videos.... "

"Friendly staff and clean room. Coffee area was nice. Breakfast looked good but couldn't eat. It seems to be right in the middle of a hopping area. Lots of shopping and food. I'm not gonna knock them but they were going through a renovation. It was organized and wasn't messy. Good value. "

"Th room was fine but the bed frame was a bit broken. Ansmd the A/C unit had a rancid smell blowing out of it. And the continental breakfast was very minimal and disappointing. "

"I was really impressed with my stay that I even booked an extra day! The beds are so comfortable and not to mention the air conditioning gets super cold. The over all hotel smells good and feels clean and on top of that, every staff was awesome."

"Went for relaxation while in the city . Lobby was clean spacious and updated . Check in went smooth . One of the elevators was out , understandable , but the hotel was also hosting a mixer in the front of the building . So wait for elevator was a bit long. Room was spacious ,but dated and aged, with purple walls and turquoise curtains . Not a big deal for a night or two but there was “event” being held in front of the building , music blared until 1030 or so . Called down , Cade in guest services was not very helpful nor polite. Hilton customer service and Expedia was helpful in the end. "
