"The room floors and shower were disgusting. My child’s feet were black. We asked them to come clean it which they did without hesitation but it was still turning the feet and towels black. See a couple roaches in the bathroom. The walls of the shower had black mildew and the roof of the shower did also! The staff was amazing."

"Beach view was great. Amenties were horrible. No ice bucket or ice machine. Only 2 outlets in the room & we had to unplug the 1 light for the whole room just to use the outlet. There's a total of less than 20 parking places for the whole hotel without having to park across the busy road and they charged $32.10 for the parking for the terrible parking. "

"My room overlooked the beach…very nice view! Bathroom was in need of desperate repair and cleaning! No housekeeping was done not one day of our stay. Stove burner was broken and asked for maintenance to repair it but they didn’t come to fix it! Room next door had dogs that barked especially at night when this is not a pet friendly hotel!!! Made several complaints about the barking dogs that was finally taken care of 2 days later! Had to make several trips to the main lobby to obtain fresh towels.. never came to take out trash so I had to remove it myself! Hot tub didn’t work… no jets working! Pool was not great as pool water looked very gray in color most of the days we were there..only one day the pool was clean! Very cheap hotel but not maintained well! The best part was the amazing view of the Gulf!"

"Plugs by bed did not work, plugs in bathroom did not work. Tub was nasty and had no hot water in the sink in bathroom. Hot tub benches were hard to sit on because they were so rough. Rules for hot tub need to be inforced kids were trying to swim the whole time and splashing everyone. One of our beds did not have a comforter had to ask several times for one. I have been staying at this hotel for 20+ years and never again unless they get everything in working order. Our room was in the garden area."
