"My stay for the most part went well. The only complaint I had was the noise coming from behind the wall of my room since it next to the linen room and the ice dispenser room. It was annoying hearing the staff moving about I guess getting stuff in and out of the linen room and the same for the ice room. The shower could use some fixing of the lopsided shelf in the shower and scrubbing of the bottom of the shower door."

"I spent premium money and what I got in return was a dirty room, lights that didn’t work, bodily fluids on the computer chair. I took pictures for reference disgusting. I would never spend my money to stay at a home too sweets ever again I filed a complaint after my stay and I still haven’t gotten an update or any kind of return contact for my complaint. "

"There was no hot tub. The pool was ok but too much chlorine.we wanted a refund because of the cockroaches. We had to ask to switch rooms because we had to stomp on a cockroach as we walked in the room"

"Breakfast was poor. They only had eggs and sausage and biscuits. The eggs were fake. The sausage was extremely thin and not very tasteful, and there was no gravy for the biscuits. Additionally, the toaster was broken. The butter appeared to be stash or old and the coffee was the worst we’ve ever had from a machine. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. The cleaning people were good. The laundry room equipment was not very well maintained and the clothes dryer did not dry clothes completely. I would say it was good for a one night stay; however, we were there for five nights. Probably would not stay there again for that length of time."

"The room had an odd smell. The room and bathroom were small/tight. And needed some TLC. Beds were comfortable, room was clean "
