"Great stay"

"It was just a one night stay. I was in a new part of the hotel. The building itself is just a short walk away from the Old Town. Very clean, restaurant and a bar on site. Breakfast was amazing with many options but not included in the price of the room. It's an option though. Unfortunately guests have been slicing bread on their own (no gloves!!). The staff was very nice and can communicate in several languages. One issue - I booked a queen size bed and received an email confirmation. However I ended up with 2 single beds. At the reception they showed the "cheapest room", but I know I paid and used One key cash to lower the price. Who's at fault - I don't know..."

I have never before seen such attention from hotel staff. Always eager and informative. And most of all they were genuine. Really very nice, helpful people. The best!"
