"The check in process was excellent. Our original room was on the second floor. My husband and I have had back, hip, and knee surgeries I the past year. Climbing the stairs with luggage is challenging but not impossible. She changed the room for us since there is no elevator in this hotel. We didn’t know that when I made the reservation. Thank you. "The room could use a little updating, especially the bathroom. The staff was really nice and very helpful. The on-site dining was good, but really needs more than just Asian food. A good ole hamburger or French dip would be nice. We had to park a ways away from our room, which was difficult for me to navigate in the dark since I have to use a cane. The breakfast was outstanding. It made the whole stay worth the effort."
