"Washer or drier not working properly and was never offered compensation from staff when I had to continually go back to get more quarters "

"Old property but well maintained. Very clean. No elevator and quite a few stairs. "

"Check in took a bit, I was early but they still got me in although had to move me to a different room which still had men’s beard shavings left in bathroom sink. Bed was not comfortable, could feel the springs when laying on it. "

"We booked a room over a week in advance and when we arrived they had already booked our room and instead of the king suite with hot tub we were put in a double queen room. Overall a terrible experience."

"Should not advertise as you have a pool and then people show up and it’s closed for the season. It’s an indoor pool, so that makes no sense why it’s not open. The wall are paper thin and we could hear everything beside and above us. The pleather chair is horrible it’s peeling and worn needs to be thrown in the garbage. Should not be changing $140 a night this is more like a $89 a room. Not impressed with this hotel."
