"All I was looking for was a relaxing evening in the hot tub. In my search for a hotel I put hot tub as a requirement. Imagine the disappointment when we get there and hot tub is not working nor any heads up it was not in service. I would have changed to another place if I would have known that. It was completely drained and they had to have know of this for awhile. Completely disappointing "

"Two Problems 1. When you sleep on the bed in the room I was given, you would see your feet instead of the TV. It was already in trendelenburg position. I told the front desk about it but seriously? Common sense of whoever cleaned the room should have told someone or fixed the problem before any guest arrive. 2. I paid online when I booked but when I checked in, I was charged again. I brought it up to the front desk and I was just told to resolve it online. Will not ever stay there again!"

"Room was ok, floor was uneven in the room we were in so the bed was on a tilt. Pool was closed, but looks like a nice area when open. The fitness room is outdated, equipment broken down to the point it needs replaced (electronics would not turn on on the electrical), the bike display was busted in, no treadmill. "

"First we waited twenty minutes for a desk attendant. Then we got to the room and it was absolutely disgusting. The bedspread had yellow stains all over it, the curtain had burns in them, the walls weren’t even painted. The worst part was the smoke alarm taped to the ceiling. The room was so bad that we left and requested our money back only to be told to see a manager. I have pictures I’d like to post so no one else believes the positive reviews like we did. "

"Only thing i missed was the hot tub was not working wanted to sit in some hot bubbles. There was just a shower in room was very clean. Love the up grades in the Hotel and the free breakfast came in handy, I was rushing out to go to work. love the stay will be back one day keep up the good work staff. "
