"Staff was all friendly. Great breakfast with lots of options. Gluten-free available on request. Rooms are not well insulated. We could hear people and their hair dryer in the room next door and also anyone out in the hall. The bathroom had this odd 2-pc sliding door the was not aligned quite right and would not close all the way. Pool area was nice and had an incredible view. "

"Newer property and good amenities. The included breakfast was good. One night the power went out but they notified us and gave us bonus points for bonvoy. Great stay overall "

"Power went out on us all night till about 5am . No heads up that it would be out. Stuffy and not as comfortable as we thought. "

"Pool was dirty and ended up being a “community” pool with a family of about 8 or 9 parking by the back door that happened to be not locked from the outside. They were all in there swimsuits ready to enjoy the pool. My son and I quickly left after pieces of the young kids diapers were floating in the pool. "

"Staff were welcoming and kind. The breakfast staff were exceptional. They worked hard and were very polite. I would not stay here again though. We were told upon arrival that there would be no room service. I’m ok with not having any room service if only staying a day or two but we stayed 4 nights. We had to continually go down to get new towels, toilet paper and wash cloths. We originally thought the conditioner was empty but it turned out it didn’t work. When we went down to get conditioner we were told they couldn’t give us any. We used the pool every day and they were out of towels continuously. Making us take another trip to the lobby. Too many other hotels in the area to ever stay at an Abbey Inn again. "

"Staff was friendly and helpful. Room clean, nice size - only complaint is fan was noisy, repair or replace. Free Shuttle service to town and thru Park was a plus. No need to drive. "
