Needed a place to crash so we picked this place based on price and previous reviews and it didn't disappoint. The lady who was running the place was very friendly and accommodating, the room was cozy and clean, and even the landscape had a bit of character. I heard another guy complaining in the office saying the wifi wouldn't connect in his room and the beds were a little too squishy for my taste. Really friendly staff who went above & beyond when I needed some assistance and help in my travels. Very clean and well kept. Amenities were not 4 star but I always bring my own stuff anyway

The site manager/owner was so kind, so polite and so helpful. Was there to help with any question we had. He appreciated our business and made sure we knew it. So refreshing. Hotel room was comfy and clean, as expected…but the service was over the top!!!

Only issue we had was with a bad reservation sent by Expedia. Nicest place you will find in a corn field in the middle of no-ware. 5 star

Our second time here, this time for the annual Fairfield music fest. Hotel easy to find and has it all. Small cozy bar area-nice pool--complementary breakfast-nice rooms.. Will return.

Such an accomidating place. I got in at 130a andvyhey were so wonderful to let me sleep all day.

Great location with-in walking distance of the mall, a couple restaurants close to the park and highway. Very friendly staff on the top of their game made the stay wonderful. So clean room was well attended towels and sheets seemed new. The FREE breakfast was worth paying for and different each day with some main staples each day too. The customer service was great. Quiet place. Comfy. Room felt clean and safe. Really just stayed the night driving from Iowa to KC and had no issues. Continental breakfast was really nothing special but nice option. Front desk person was very polite and friendly.
