"Our hot tub was missing the cold water handle and the jets did not work. The pool was clear but the main hot tub was very nasty. Looked like dead skin literally. Also the food for breakfast was not very good at all. Top that all off with my bank account getting charged double and its been almost a week and im still fighting to get someone on the phone that can help me"

"They have attempted to update but have a ways to go. The room was dusty. There was no hair dryer. "

"Disappointed - 0 stars! TV didn't work and couldn't call the front desk to get it fixed because the phone didn't work. Breakfast was a joke! The only choice was fruit loops and coffee. I don't know how this hotel is rated so high."

"I was disappointed that the room I got was not what I reserved. I reserved a one bedroom suite and got 2 queen beds. This did not fit the traveling situation I was in. "

"The town and the inn were beautiful! We had dinner at the tavern connected to the inn. Then we walked to The Creamery (delicious). The room was very nicely done and had little extras (popcorn and candy from a local business). The whole place seemed like a Hallmark movie inn. Definitely stay there again!"
