"The hotel lobby was clean and well maintained, which made a good first impression. However, I was shocked by how long it took for the hot water to come out. Both the sink and shower had freezing cold water for an extended period before warming up, which was very inconvenient. The hotel lobby has snacks to purchase but no drinks like soda or juice. Only 1 vending machine in the whole hotel and most of the drinks were sold out my entire stay"

"Everything was wonderful. They could add some bacon and pancakes to the breakfast though. After eating eggs for 3 days, guests may need to have something different "

"Bought two rooms one through Expedia and one through the Best Western and it was quite a considerable change in the price. I would love someone to call me back and refund me for the difference that was charged to me versus what they were given through Expedia based on the charges of the hotel, secondly the water was out in the hotel the whole first day and the second and third day the elevators were out and I have 80 year-old parents that were unable to go up for flights of stairs. They said they were gonna take care of it, but they never did. It was still throughout our whole entire day I would like someone to contact me. "Room had stains on couch and bedding. GROSS! Elevator broken. Cleaning staff was friendly, but also frustrated with broken with elevator. Breakfast okay... area not so clean. NOT MENTIONED ON WEBSITE ABOUT DAILY PARKING FEE. "
