"The staff is absolutely amazing here. Between my cat going missing and then my husband’s truck needing a jump they were beyond helpful. Also if your animal goes missing lift the bed and box spring up. My cat managed find a sliver of space and squeeze in. Everyone was so kind and helpful, I wish I had gotten their names because they deserve the appreciation"

"Shower was dirty, sheets had hair on them, floors weren't clean. Our bed had a waterproof mattress pad and sheet, nothing in between so I had to ask for a mattress pad and re-make the bed. This hotel was rated 8.8 'excellent' and I don't think I would co sider it that. The bed was comfortable enough, but could hear the person on the other side of the room making coffee. Unfortunately won't be staying here again."

"This motel is right next to the railroad tracks. No doubt, extremely noisy. A reservation for a room was made long in advance. But, when I arrived, they had sold all the rooms, and had no room for me. Finally, they found a handicapped room they said they would put me in (not the one I had supposedly reserved). In passing, they mentioned that the WiFi doesn't work. That I appreciated, because it made the decision for me. I cancelled, and they refunded my money. It was very difficult to find something else on this night, given that it was graduation day in the local school. I finally did find an alternative and I am glad I did, or I would have been forced to sleep in my car. The car would, I think, be a superior room to what this Motel 6 has to offer. A shlock motel that doesn't keep its word about reserving rooms. Not recommended."
