"I was NOT even able to access my room, because the hotel hid a special check-in term in their terms and conditions that meant I was NOT allowed to check-in after midnight. They did not mention this in advance. And when I told them I would be arriving at 1am, several days before my booking, they did not even reply or remind me that I could not check in that late and give me an opportunity to cancel the booking. so they took my money, I didn't get a room, had to pay for another room on hotels.com...

"This was our third time at this property. We previously stayed in 2012 and 2023. We stayed for 17 nights this summer (3 different reservations since we went to other provinces during our long trip), and it is still as good as ever. Summit Windmill has great staff. Having a kitchen and washer/dryer is a plus. The massages at the spa were amazing! We will stay again. "

"This is perfect if you have plane arriving late night as it’s close to the airport, they have shuttle service for 200 Bht. They offer your personal sauna on your patio starting at 600 bht and you can order a floating breakfast for around 900 bht. They offer a 24 hour menu, it’s a cozy clean units. "

"Very close to the airport. Clean nice rooms with moden facilities. They offer a complimentary trasnfer to the main road where there is a night market and restaurants. Reception staff helpful. They need more information of what is vegan / vegetarian on their menu as, globally vegetarian means no fish and no eggs but not the case in Thailand and staff in bar/restaurant lacked knowledge to answer."

The staff are 10/10 all of them are personable, friendly, and have the 100% hospitality culture attitudes I have stayed here so many times and will continue to return and recommend this gem of a resort to others. The room was excellent, got an upgrade overseeing the golf course, the bed, so comfortable. The breakfast was complementary and well presented daily.
