"Brentwood felt off the beaten trail, but still very close to everything. We were attending a concert at SPAC, which was only a couple of minutes away. It would be a great place to stay if you're seeing the horse races, the track is just across the street. Check in was contactless, which I didn't realize until I'd already tried the doorbell at the front office (the email with the door code came in while I was driving from VT and I just didn't see it - not a criticism, just more FYI for future...
