"Super clean, quiet spot. Walkable to everything. Fernando, the owner, is amazing! He was quick with communication and we felt safe and welcomed. Very comfortable beds. The kitchenette was stoked with everything needed to cook our own meals. We enjoyed being here so much, we booked two more nights. Highly recommend this spot. It's in walking distance to Mercado 28, restaurants, and shops. Thank you Fernando! We will be recommending your beautiful home to everyone we know. "

"Air conditioning and fan was great. Clean room, kitchen / living space and pool. Amenities were good, though the body soap dispenser was a bit low. Morning staff member was lovely and attentive. Exiting the property would have been easier if I had my pin, but was resolved over the phone upon contacting the property office number."

"This apartment was wonderful! It had many beds, all comfortable and it was equipped with everything we needed. The location is excellent with Puerto Cancun just being across the street. The apartment has a wrap around patio with spectacular views to Isla Mujeres and the harbor. The only negative I would say is that the apartment has some rules we weren't aware of. The complex doesn't allow guests, even to drop you off or if you have family you want to hang out with in the apartment. You also...

"Front desk staff was super nice and accommodating. The room is small and basic but it’s clean and comfortable with a good view. Safe and nice neighborhood with many shops and services nearby (including a Walmart Express downstairs and a major shopping mall less than a 10 minute walk). This hotel worked perfectly for a travel day where paying for a beachside hotel doesn’t make sense, financially. Would stay again. "
