"Great staff. Clean rooms. Fairly well equiped gym and pool, sauna and spa. Some areas a little tired but overall great stay. Thank you."

"Second time in six months staying here for a two night break with our aging Cavapoo. Bedrooms are brightly decorated and supplied with tea, water and biscuits which went down well. Managed to choose a nice few days to sit out in the large beer garden. Food was lovely. Dog appreciated her breakfast sausage. All staff we encountered were friendly and polite. Stairs to the bedrooms fairly steep so could be a struggle for older large dogs - mine’s pickupable despite being weighed down with sausages, so could carry her up/down as she’s starting to struggle on stairs. Bath/shower could do with a handrail to hold onto when stepping in to avoid slipping. And a shame it’s only Carling lager on tap! But we’re looking forward to returning."

"Location is the best, central to everything. Relaxing lounge rooms to have a drink. The restaurant was a bit faulty towers but the food was very nice. Good fan provided in room which is needed during warm weather. Friendly staff, unique old building, would stay there again. Ludlow is a very nice village to walk around."

"Fantastic hotel in town centre at the base of Malvern Hills. We were made very welcome on arrival on checking in and at breakfast. 5 * breakfast before ascending the nearby Malvern Hills. Highly recommended and staff were very informative. We hope to be returning when back in the UK. Thanks to all staff."
