Best hotel I have stayed at in quite some time. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. The homemade bread was excellent. The room was bigger than expected and the beds were comfortable. We stayed here to get away from the crowds at Venice and could not have picked a more relaxing area. The river runs right next to it. The town has a train station with a direct route to Venice. We drove our car to the station (plenty of free parking) and took the train in to Venice each day. I would highly recommend...

Wonderful staff, very comfortable room and bed with a great working AC! The included breakfast was by far THE BEST breakfasts we had in ALL of Italy! There are zero views to be had at this location however the convenience of being so close to water taxis, shuttle services and transportation to and from the airport was excellent. This is the perfect hotel for exploring Venice. Their shuttle provided round trip transportation to and from the airport, and the train station was located directly behind the hotel, making for an easy trip to the island. nice hotel with easy 10 min walk to train. Breakfast was nice and very reasonable. We stayed at another hotel in the same area and paid more but were just as happy here.
It was very easy to get to the property by waterbus taxi. The waterbus taxi stand is just several feet away. The room and bathroom was beautiful and spacious; with a canal view!! The staff was very nice and professional!
We were upgraded to a larger room, which was very nice and comfortable. All the amenities were in good order, and the staff was great, particularly with restaurant recommendations. We'd happily come back!
The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Only a 3-4 min drive to the airport. The grounds are beautiful with lots of plants, a garden to relax and of course the farm animals. The donkeys are so cute and friendly. I spent a good amount of time with them. There’s also a very cute grey tabby cat on premises. Only bad was the A/c didn’t work well
The hotels approximate distance to the airport is "delicious" with the added accommodations of a shuttle only costing 2 Euros. The property is new so for sure it looked great. I booked it because it is a very short walk to the Mestre Venice train station. It was easy to get to the canals, and I didn't have to pay crazy high prices. Also, I feel much more comfortable in modern clean settings. Everything was amazing, we only stayed there for one night but it was totally worth it. The hotel is amazing, modern yet themed as antique, room was beyond amazing, breakfast exceeded our expectations, and hotel staff were amazing special thanks to Alessandra at the reception who was very nice to help us with everything we needed!!
