Stayed for one night as I was moving out of my apartment. I had an early flight the next day and they were very accommodating. One man at the front desk was extremely helpful in weighing my very heavy luggage, and bringing it to my room. Only complaint was the luggage stand was broken when I got in there, but not an issue as my smaller bag had all the items I needed. Out of all of the hotels my family and I stayed in over our three-week travels throughout Europe, this hotel has by far the friendliest staff we’ve ever come across. They make you feel that you’re the most important person in the world.

The hotel has been entirely renovated, great location, excellent breakfast buffet. The ladies working the omelet bar were awesome, very attentive and efficient. Eric at the front desk was so helpful with our travel plans, the only downside was the air conditioning, we had to keep the windows open all night.

Very nice stay in the heart of Nice. Surrounded by restaurants, shopping, nice parks, 3 min walk to the beach and 5 min walk to Old Nice. Highly recommend!!

Very nice hotel! Spacious room

This was our 1st trip to Nice for a period of 4 days over the Christmas holiday and my family loved this hotel so much that my daughter wanted to write this review, which is enclosed below. The staff was attentive and responsive to my messages and with out every need! We needed directions or taxi we had Yasmine and Austin take care of my sons and me. We enjoyed coffee and refrigerator for ledt overs and a balery and grocer was across the street. The locawas outstanding and near ever place we wannted to go during our stay! Would definitely stay here again!

Very helpful staff, the best location possible in my view.

We loved our stay at the Hotel Ambassador! The room was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The hotel is conveniently located near old town and there are plenty of parking options nearby if you’re renting a car. Lastly, the staff is awesome and were very accommodating when we had to make some last minute changes to our stay. Although one of the more expensive options in the area, it was worth every penny.

Very clean and beautiful boutique hotel. Recently renovated. We booked 2 executive rooms. They varied a bit in size and layout but were decent in size, and balcony views were amazing. Pleasant and very helpful staff. Breakfast was very good as well. We loved the location. Close walk to all the touristy places but located in a pretty quiet neighborhood. No crazy crowds or loud noises beyond what is expected from a city. Staff speaks multiple languages, so there was no issue communicating.

Beautiful location, old school charm. Quiet hotel, but outside can be loud if you have windows open. Hotel cannot control that, it is part of the price of being on the main coastal street. Great view. If arriving at night, hotel 15 from Nice airport. 15 min walk to old town Nice. Numerous bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk.

A truly fantastic boutique hotel in the heart of the city. Traveling as a solo female I felt safe and loved the beautiful decorations in the room, which was also quite large! Very walkable to everything including public transport, the beach, and old town. Would absolutely recommend it and stay again, thanks for a wonderful stay!

Loved Le Windsor and would stay here again the next visit to Nice. It’s in a great location with super kind and helpful staff. The room size was also good for the smaller room- the chairs maybe a bit large for the space but we weren’t hanging out in the room. We could walk to all the places we wanted within up to 20 minutes and it’s a picturesque stroll with the typical Côte d’Azur French architecture and shops. the rooms were well appointed with queen size beds. The rooms are cleaned daily with fresh towels. The light breakfast is excellent. The view is amazing and is in an excellent location with in a block from the park and ocean. there is not air conditioning but the time of year I went was lovely and did not require it. Also, if you are unable to take stairs I would say this location is not for you because there is not a lift.

We liked everything about the hotel except the pettiness of having to purchase our coffee cartridges for the Nespresso machine in our room! After the first night, we were told that we had to pay for them! For the price of the room they really should be free! What hotel does that?
