Great in every way no problems at all the staff is professional and friendly. This hotel is slways my first choice . Has everything you need for a restful stay amd more.
The staff was very helpful, we were going to miss the 11pm check in deadline because of a train delay, the staff stayed until 1130 for us to make sure we had a place to stay. Also, we had trouble getting a taxi for our cruise and the staff found a way to get us there. Very helpful, very nice. One room for 8 people was great too. We were able to keep our family together in one room. Would stay again
1. Breakfast maybe include something hot like eggs.
2. Offer fresh towels at least every other day.
3. The bed was to hard made your body ache especially the lower back.

What an amazing experience! I travel tons for work and have stayed in various parts of Europe and North America. I am used to first tier and first world amenities. So I was really disappointed when our travel agent booked us a hotel in Ravenna with visible bed bugs. The staff at this facility are exceptional! They pay attention to all details and make themselves available to help out in any way. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the breakfast is amazing for the affordable price they charge.
Excellent hotel and restaurant. We needed a stay while attending an event at the Imola racetrack. Our room was simple, clean and quiet. The staff was very helpful, especially a younger girl at the front desk ( her name started with a M and she had brown hair) . The morning breakfast was complete with delicious pastries, breads, yogurt, fruits, eggs, meats, juice and coffee.

Arriving way ahead of check in time in a downpour with wet bicycles we were graciously greeted by the owner of this charming old hotel. He allowed us to have our room immediately and it was perched on the corner with two windows looking out at the old clock tower and the roofs of the town.
