"A great location for visiting Trier with an ample car park. Rooms with a view of the Porta Nigra are a particularly nice.
Staff are pleasant, welcoming and efficient."
"This was a fantastic choice. It was so easy to walk to so many great things to do in Trier and there was parking on the property. Our room was so comfortable and they were so kind to refill my water bottle with ice and fresh water several times. I highly recommend this place."
"Loved the frog decor. Great location and a great property in the heart of the old city. Warm, helpful staff and good security for our tandem bicycle in the locked basement parking garage. "
"Owner speaks perfect Dutch. Property is "dated" but easy parking in front of the door (if you're lucky). Close to the centrum. Easy check-in. Perfect for the price

This hotel was wonderful! They welcomed us with champagne to enjoy as they helped with our bags and showed us to our rooms. There were some complimentary snacks and water for us in the room. The room was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The complimentary breakfast buffet was delicious with a variety of food. The location was excellent! I would highly recommend this hotel!
I loved this hotel and would definitely stay here again. It's a great location, right by the old Roman gates. It was the perfect mix of historic with modern comforts. It was clean and a very nice room. It was everything I was looking for and more.
My son left his jacket with his house keys in the room. 2 days later we called and they had it locked up waiting. Great staff, great location, great stay!!
Wonderful, I actually arrived after the reception was closed but they gave me the key via a safe outside the hotel gate so I was able to check in without issue. Thank you!
Great place to stay! There weren't really any amenities to speak of, so that's why that's low. But it was clean and great. We LOVED Trier! We would go again!
Charming old fashioned boutique hotel four stories without elevator but convenient to all major attractions. Excellent well- priced breakfast. Charming owner speaks excellent. English. My room was small but beautifully decorated and very clean.
The restaurant and wines were amazing! I loved the location and the staff were outstanding. Everyone was welcoming, friendly and attentive. I would definitely recommend!
