The rooms were spotless, beautifully maintained, and super comfortable — you can really tell they care about cleanliness and attention to detail. The staff were incredible throughout our stay — friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. They truly made us feel at home. The pool area and the beach was just as impressive, clean, peaceful, and perfect for unwinding. A special mention to the lifeguard, who was doing an outstanding job. The moment he realized my wife doesn’t know how to swim, he stayed extra alert and kept a close watch, which made us feel very safe and cared for. That level of attention really stood out. "I really enjoyed my stay here but unfortunately the food was not always fresh. A lot of the snack foods were from frozen. Filter coffee was only available in the breakfast buffet and then taken away. At the bar the nice coffees were no longer being served due to shortage of capsules. I know they are winding down for the season but a decent coffee was nowhere to be had. Apart from that the rooms were impeccable. The gardens and grounds beautiful and the staff were extremely polite and helpful. "

"We arrived as Hotel.com gold members and this was advertised as a VIP hotel giving upgrade upon arrival, this was not offered and when asked was informed that they do not offer anything only for Accor points! In the end they showed us an upgraded room that was not prepared and was not what we had seen on their website, it looked onto a short wall with a walkway behind."
