"Call for the airport pick up 2 days before . To find out it was not needed and to call when I had my luggage, which I did (12pm)to be told I had to wait 1 hour to be picked. When I talk to the driver he told that he was not busy at that time and he didn’t know why he was not told to pick me up ."

"The housekeeping staff was lovely. Location is very quiet and about a 20 minute walk to the Centre. Lakeside location was lovely with 2 nice pools. The hotel itself is quite secure with locking gates though the screen door from the patio did not seem to lock securely. We weren’t really worried about it but others might be. Our only quibble would be with our daily visits from cockroaches. Maybe more of an issue for our room as it was right off the garden (lovely outdoor seating area by the way). Staff provided us with big spray which was helpful but still unpleasant for us queasy Canadians who are not used to big bugs. "

"It was a comfortable room and very close to the airport with shuttle transportation who was very helpful! They also have a restaurant by the lobby area and the food was very tasty!"

"The price was right. I wouldn't want to stay there more than one night though. Also, don't go there hungry because there's no food to be had in the neighborhood…"

"Excellent for an overnight stay to catch an early morning departure. Driving to the hotel & finding the entrance was really a hassle. The GPS takes you on a convoluted route through construction to a back entry for buses & then a walk into the airport- inconvenient for anyone with mobility issues. If you drive to the arrivals drop off at the airport to access it is easy to get an elevator to the hotel lobby - wish we had known this instead of wasting so much time!! Parking in airport car park is available for 300pesos."

"We ended up having to pay 250 pesos for the “free” shuttle cause we needed to get our rental car back to Enterprise. We were not happy as this information was not provided upfront. (We were willing to meet at the airport but they insisted on picking us up at Enterprise). ALSO the construction out front is a huge hinderance as it makes it almost impossible to get to the hotel. On a positive note, the rooms were exactly what we needed for the night and the restaurant was open “late”. "
