"The staff was quite rude and with attitude. No free water is absolutely ridiculous for a 4 star hotel. No drinks with a dinner is very strange. Buffet style dinner was amazing, but the portions of the evening meals were like for children."

The room was very clean and there was good game rooms and the view outside was to die for. The only bad thing was that you had to carry your skis around 350 meters before you could get to the skiing spot. The breakfast was meh. Renovate this hotel and get more outgoing, welcoming staff. Honestly, I wonder if the problems stem from poor ownership and poor leadership. This could be the best hotel in Liptovsky Mikulas with some TLC. "
