"We had a great stay and really enjoyed the hotel - the children especially loved it. The service was excellent throughout, and there were so many lovely Polish touches. The location was perfect for us too: close to everything, but away from the madness of Krupówki. The spa was brilliant. The pool never felt too busy, the jacuzzi was perfect, and the sauna area was amazing - three different saunas plus a steam room, with the whole space feeling incredibly calm and relaxing. A really lovely hotel and a great place to come back to after a busy day in the mountain. We’d definitely stay again."

"Great hotel close to everything, yet set away from everything, so it’s peaceful and quiet. All members of the staff were very kind and welcoming. The room and hotel were very clean and the WiFi was reliable and fast. The restaurant is outstanding and breakfast was well done too. Thanks for a great stay!"

"Check-in was easy. Most rooms are likely better than the one I stayed in which was too noisy. It was right by the entrance and I constantly heard the noise of cars driving on the gravel parking area and guests entering and leaving the building. No one was purposely loud, it was just the room location. All other rooms seemed better situated. Apart from that the room met our needs and was comfortable enough."

"We booked a deluxe mountain view room, it was clean spacious with a good view. The balcony was nice for sitting on. The receptionist at check-in was friendly and helpful but we did not really see anyone else. Breakfast was good, with a range of foods to choose from. The property is a good walk from the station and the main town along the side of a busy main road."
