Stayed there for 2 nights. The pictures don't do justice - the view and location is far more amazing than the pictures suggest! The rooms were clean and neat, the service was friendly. The wellness area with it's quiet lounge is breathtaking. Highly recommend the hike from the Hotel up to the Polsky Hreben!
Wonderful! Clean and well designed property with everything you need in the rooms. Close to a bus station to go to Białka, Zakopane and Krakow. Breakfast is delicious with an abundance of choices.
The room was clean, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the staff were all pleasant and polite. The breakfast options were generous, with choices for all types of eaters and the coffee was excellent. I would definitely stay there again.
Also, very convenient to get to the trails, the mountains either by car or the electric train. The nearby mountain has many ways of accessing and is reasonably priced.
I took my parents to Kezmarok and needed a big room, so we booked the junior suite. It was rather spacious and had a lovely balcony overlooking the hotel courtyard and the Tatras. The hotel is atmospheric -a series of old homes/businesses that are now connected. This gives the hallways a bit of a byzantine effect, but I thought it added to the property's character. Breakfast was very good. The hotel is about as centrally located as it can be in Kezmarok. Able to easily walk to everything....
The hotel is a beautiful lodge in a great setting. There are views of the tall mountains on one side, ski slopes on another side, and smaller hills the other directions. Great breakfast and dinner at the restaurant. Friendly staff. We enjoyed watching the sheep grazing on the summer grass on the ski slopes. The nearby Terma Bania water park was much fun. We highly recommend this hotel.
Everything about this hotel was amazing. The receptionist (possibly the owner) was very helpful and informative. She sounded like she's from Britain. The food is very good. We liked the saunas, spas, and resting rooms around the spa/pool complex. The location near a forest with walking trails and the mountain view is spectacular.
