Amazing! I couldn’t make it, so I thought I’d just accept it, but the manager made an extra effort, contacted me through email and phone, to offer me a free night, to compensate me. I’m beyond impressed with this level of customer service! I will definitely come back! Also, the hotel is superb and it opens towards a thousand restaurants in the old town, which feels like a fairy tale of the old ages! Thank you!!!

The only reason I gave 3 stars for the check-in process is because I have never experienced anything like this before. After this experience, I understand it better. The part of Bucharest where this property is located is very densely populated. More explicit pictures and a map of where the driving and building entrances are would be most helpful to the uninitiated like me. The help that I got was superb! Otherwise, the room was perfect, the kitchen well appreciated, the laundry most welcome....

I stayed here for a week while I was on Holiday. The staff was great, the room was spectacular, and the location was amazing! For those who worry about the location, don't. The location is close to the local police station, and though it looks like a rough area, it is safe to wander even alone at night. It's in the center of everything you would want or need to do in Old Town, and reasonable walking distance to the main city of Bucharest. If you need anything the staff is available and eager...
