"A beautiful hotel that really lives up to its name as an oasis! We enjoyed our stay here so much and the location is perfect - it’s quiet but also close to a lot of the main sites. The free bike rentals were a great perk, too. Our room was gorgeous, staff all very friendly, and food options were plentiful. Would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tam Coc / Ninh Binh!"
"Best hotel in Thanh Hóa city by far. The rooms are furnished in contemporary design, beds are super comfortable. The indoor pool is a great way to cool off after a warm day. Zenith rooftop lounge has beautiful views of the city. Alma Restaurant has a wide variety of food on its menu also with great city views. Vincom shopping center is right next door- very convenient. Breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious. Staff very friendly and accommodating."
"We had a such a great stay here. We actually stayed an extra night we loved the place so much. We would have stayed longer but we had to move on. We are certainly going to come back to this spot the next time we are in Ninh Binh. The place is very new and everything seems chosen with care. Beds were very comfy and the rooms/cabins were very quite. The owners are super nice and very attentive. They are very handy at using Google translate to get past any language barrier. "Glad to stay with Mr Dzung and Ms Dep. They went beyond to make sure our stay were enjoyable. The location is perfect as you can bike to most of the attractions such as Mua cave, Trang A boat tour and Tam Coc town and boat tour, breakfast were well prepared. Room was spacious and clean"

Lovely place, with lovely, friendly, helpful, and hospitable family owners who mange the hotel. There is a full service restaurant in the hotel. Location great for downtown Tam Coc, and easily walkable. The hotel also rents bicycles and small motorcycles. It is a new hotel in excellent shape, and very nice rooms. It does get a little noisy around 6 am, when life outside the hotel begins, and that might be a consideration for some.

This facility is a magnificent choice as a base to visit all the interesting sites in Ninh Binh. The rooms are large with excellent beds. The staff were kind, efficient and willing to help beyond expectations.
The view from the hotel is absolutely beautiful and the rooms are clean and spacious! I ended up extending my stay for an extra night because I didn’t want to leave. The hotel also has a rooftop pool and bikes you can rent to cycle around the area. But the best part of my visit was chatting with Lim at the front desk. She is like sunshine! I would come back just to say hello to her.
We loved our stay at Limestone. Dzung and Dep were unbelievably friendly and helpful. I left my phone in the Grab, and Dzung was instrumental in getting it back to me within an hour. He and Dep made us a wonderful breakfast and helped us plan our day. Dep did my laundry and had it waiting when we returned from our day of activities. The rooms were AMAZING!! Absolutely huge! Staff, Service, and Friendliness: 100/10.
Wonderful, friendly and honest staff. They went above and beyond for us, giving suggestions, advice on itineraries, etc. Never felt taken advantage of and cheated.
At the end of my initial stay, we decided to stay an extra 2 nights, and they even moved all of our packed-up luggage and drinks for us to the new room.

Beautiful views, awesome location with scenic countryside, caves, and trails up the mountain to explore. We really enjoyed our stay here. The only downside is that there's no restaurants or cafes nearby. We ate at the hotel restaurant and there's another grass bungalow hotel about 5-10 minutes walk away that has a restaurant. It is not walkable to town so if you can ride motorbikes that's better for getting around. The room was nice and decent.

Mountain View was the highlight of our trip to vietnam. They offer everything you need and great local insight at very affordable prices. We had maps and info for all the surrounding sights, and motorbike rental all from the homestay. Breakfast is included, dinner is reasonable, and all the food is great.
