Great place to spend a night before flying out!

I loved staying here. Very classic and personal. The hotel is extremely well located in a peatonal plaza and surrounded by high end boutiques and many restaurants. The hotel is small but beautiful. All the rooms are different in decoration. Loved the restaurant and the staff. Would stay here again. You can walk to the Old Town

Hotel was clean, new and spacious. The room was well designed and quiet. Continental breakfast was great and worthwhile. I stayed on a higher floor (7th) and it was perfect with no discernible street noise. Tram nearly across the street from the hotel takes you right downtown Geneva. Was close enough to the Palexpo convention center that I walked there every day (about 1.4 mile walk through quiet streets to the back entrance of the convention center). The hotel is a real find for anyone who neeeds a reasonably priced stay in Geneva. Excellent location, modern and very clean interiors, extremely friendly and helpful staff. In addition,it has sister hotels who complement any kind of service that may not be available on site. Great find. Will stay at Jade whenever in Geneva.

The location of the hotel was phenomenal! Steps from the waterside, shopping, restaurants, and grocery within steps. Public transport so close. Room was good- very clean, spacious bathroom and nice water pressure, good hot water. Air conditioner excellent. Staff was extremely helpful. The hotel exceeded my expectations.

There is something wonderful about getting back to your room after walking your feet off and looking out the window at . . . Lake Geneva, and sailboats, and just loveliness. The hotel was very clean and nice, close to the train station so you can zip into the city in a minute, close to groceries for water and snacks, close to lovely restaurants.

Spartan but clean. Located in remote commercial park area so dining is limited and Uber will not pick you up. Cheap place to rest your head. We chose it because it was next to the motorcycle rental place we will use for the week. Shuttle vans from GVA airport is 160-210 Chf; we used Sixt at only 138 Chf.

This was a quick 3 night trip to Geneva. What a great location; can walk to the lake from the hotel and make reservations for local activities right at the hotel desk. Did not have anything planned in advance and the staff was very helpful in booking several activities. Took the combination tour: City Tour (bus and small train), Boat Tour (Lake Geneva…though was informed the name is actually lac Léman.), and Annecy, France. The staff is friendly and superb in their recommendations and guidance about getting around the city. The price was excellent for such a convenient location just a short walk from the beautiful old section and the lakeside. I’d definitely stay there again!

Great little hotel < 2 blocks from the train station and easy walking distance to the lake. Neighborhood is fine. Remodeled inside with small but very clean and well-designed rooms. Front desk staff was always very friendly and helpful. Room was large, kitchenette had appropriate supplies, and it was all very clean. We have stayed here 3 times and would definitely stay again.

I liked this hotel - small, clean, tastefully modern, quiet, an accommodating staff, and close enough to the main attractions that you can walk to them all. By the way, the hotel (like most), gives you a "pass" card for all the public transportation including the train to and from the airport. A good breakfast is available as well.
