"The information on the advertisement is not correct. There is no breakfast area, you need to walk around 200m to another hotel. There is no lounge area on the top deck as advertised. At least, it was not opened at that time of the year. The hotel smells terribly, difficult to stay in and was expecting to leave as quickly as possible. The staffs of the day are not courteous, any request for information is replied unpolitelly: for exemple - any restautant recommended nearby? - answer, I dont know, I dont have time to dine here! I am used to travel in many cities and staying in various hotels, as a platinum member of expedia, however, the information when I booked this one is misleading and honestly one of the worst I've stayed."

"The room was enormous and had good furniture but somehow missed the mark on decoration. We were disappointed that the coffee in the room was instant. For the money they shoukd try better"

"The main issues are that the bed is very noisy when one moves at night, the pillow is very flimsy, the duvet is a single duvet, not a double, and for a tall person, it does not cover the entire body. Other than that, it is a great location, really large room, with super tall ceiling and very well priced."

"Aircon was stuck on hot. Too hot. Window open was suggestion but it was too noisy. Slept maybe 2 hours max. Awful "

"Excellent hotel where the staff were all so friendly and helpful. Swimming pool and sauna were a nice little area to relax on a down day. the bar and cafe were nice with a lovely outdoor area to sit."
