"We loved our stay at Neom Pyramids Valley Boutique Hotel. The hotel is located just a few minutes away from the pyramid complex so the location is unbeatable if visiting the pyramids & GEM. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable & were so friendly. Our stay also included free airport pickup & breakfast, the breakfast spread was great. Additionally, there is a rooftop restaurant with an incredible view of the pyramids, we enjoyed dinner & drinks up there during our stay! Overall, would absolutely recommend."

Nous n’avions pas pris de chambre avec vue sur les pyramides étant donné que le rooftop permettait cela; le staff nous a gentillement proposé de nous mettre dans une chambre avec vue sans complément. "The view from the roof is beautiful and there is good service at breakfast. However, when I arrived, I was moved to a room to the hotel next-door. A room that was a lesser quality than what I booked at Hayat. Also, they gave me a SIM card which I kept refusing- when I went to return it the boy that cleaned my room had stolen it. The front desk people are pushy and would not take no for an answer. "
