Wonderful staff

The location is centrally located to main events and the center. The staff was extremely helpful and responsive. Breakfast was great and the room was immaculate. On my next visit, I no longer have to search for a location as this would be my go to hotel.

Super easy check in, easy to contact owner, safe, central location. I would stay again.

Room is modern and new, and very clean. Easy walk into town. Great communication from hosts, easy self check-in. One thing to note is that there is no elevator in case you have a lot of luggage/accessibility issues, but would still highly recommend - 10/10!

I recently sent 4 nights at the Margo Square hotel in Pristina. The location is excellent right on the main boulevard. There are lots of great restaurants and cafes nearby. Most of the attractions are a short walk from the hotel. You can also get a taxi, just at the next cross street. My room was excellent. It was spotlessly clean, quiet and comfortable. Everything was perfect but the shower temperature was not as hot as one might like it to be. The staff was incredibly nice. The dining room staff was superior and I watched a woman take abuse from a man complaining about croissants that was unfounded. She remained so calm. I had to speak in defense of the croissants to say I thought they were perfectly delicious. So breakfast was great. It was very very very good. If the water was hotter, it would get all 5 stars. Modern and clean property, easy walk to Newborn Monument. Reception manager Majlind was very helpful and organised all my outings with taxi fares the same as locals pay. I could not have had such a good vacation in Pristina without his help.

Amazing place and amazing service minded staff. We lost our wallet in a buss and the reception desk staff turn every thing to get into contact with the buss company and the next day we had our wallet. So nice and its quite in city center as well. Recommend for families! :)

This is a great hotel to stay in while in Pristina. The rooms are comfortable, the location is convenient, and the staff was very accommodating when we had a late check in and early check out.

There's really nothing to fault about this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to provide terrific service and ensure that all of my needs were met. Esat in particular was extremely helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, and the entire hotel was in excellent shape. The food in the restaurant was also much, much better than one might expect, all at a reasonable price There was little or no need to eat out. The hotel was excellent! The gentleman that checked me in was great and very kind. The parking area was sufficient and located directly next door to the hotel. The room was nice and spacious comfortable beds, pillows, and a small fridge. The breakfast had a variety of dishes and the food was good. Staff in the dining area were not very kind, nor did they seem to interact with guests.
