"Great welcoming staff! We arrived well before check-in and were able to drop off our bags, giving us the freedom to start exploring Basel straight away. We were also provided with a map and BaselCard on arrival, which gave us access to discounted public transport and attractions such a great bonus! The accommodation is conveniently located close to a tram stop, with trams departing every 15 minutes into the city. A great stay and highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"Very well located hotel, as it was a 5 minute walk to the main station. Staff were super accommodating and let us drop off our luggage for the day. Also great that there was a USB port for us to charge our devices. Would recommend overall!"

"Very clean rooms and staff was very helpful. Also, very quiet from any noise in the room. Great location to take the train or light rail. We didn't eat breakfast in the hotel but did eat dinner twice. Very limited menu and wasn't one of the best meals that we had during our trip to Basel. Was charged ten dollars for two glasses of tap water."
