The best I ever had in New Zealand! Since I came here, everyday is just new and different. There is so much activities to do out here. Very quiet too. 3mins walk to the Warkworth city Centre. Best location ever and it is about 45mins to the Auckland central (10am-2pm and sometimes later in the day). You have to come here and see things for yourself..I promise you, you will love it here. Exactly as shown in the photos. Clean and spacious. I loved the balcony for morning coffee and for evening dinners. We had an amazing view from the 10th floor. I loved the big kitchen. Two grocery stores and the beach very close by. We had the One plus one apartment.
This hotel was indeed a special find even though road access was more difficult - narrow gravel road - it was worth it! Lovely accommodation with great breakfast included in room rate. We enjoyed dinner the previous evening which was also excellent with a good selection of wines.
Views were magnificent and staff welcoming and friendly.

After a month in NZ, this was probably the nicest place we’ve stayed. It felt like we were visiting a friend’s home, instead of staying in a hotel.

This is a gem of a hotel. The rooms are as described. Basic but very comfortable and well located in a nice part of town. The attached restaurant is excellent, charming and reasonably priced. From the outset, it is obvious that the staff work as a team and go beyond in making one’s stay or visit to the restaurant really pleasant. Will definitely stay again.
