"Staff is friendly and very accommodating. Although breakfast is included and is a buffet, the service was very slow for coffee and water. The serving staff was pleasant but very slow service both in the restaurant and bar area downstairs. We chose S over AC as wedding guests and overall we enjoyed our stay. We will stay again. "

As a Black/Jamaican owned hotel, this place also carries a deep sense of pride and authenticity that you can feel in everything from the decor to the service. "This was a family vacation with two teenagers. From the moment we arrived at the hotel it was five star service. The staff was both professional efficient and so helpful. Rooms excellent and room service was excellent. The dining buffet was amazing with so many different types of foods. The pools and on property activities will also excellent. One of the best properties we have visited. Service as expected with a smile, as after all, we are in Jamaica! We were all including the kids entertained at all times ! "

"The views from the Lodge's different balconies were amazing! There was private access to the ocean which was a good place to swim in However, the last two steps down into the water were very mossy. I want to encourage them to clean those steps though using concrete scrapers. I really liked the property though, it was beautiful and serene."
