"The apartments are in good condition and very central, so easy to walk everywhere. The communication with the host however is very poor, we had to wait over an hour outside for the entrance codes cause upon arrival as they weren’t send in advance and they weren’t replying, even after paying the city tax. It would be much better if the city tax link was sent in advance."

There is a laundry facility on site, walking distance to multiple stores, grocery, bakery, etc. There is a very cute little backyard. There is a reapot and coffee maker, fridge, and an electric stove with all you need to cook a dinner. I really loved the black out blinds. The minuses include a very strong smell of smoke inside. "Excellent location, residential and fairly quiet area but not too far from transport; the property is newly built and consequently is in impeccable state, excellent sound insulation, comfortable balcony, pet-friendly, excellent bedding and amenities. Prompt communication too. "
