The pool is another highlight, crystal clear and clean, with lovely lounge chairs. I would definitely stay again, everything was perfect. "Breakfast is limited and expensive. It’s a long way to the beach. No towels at beach or pools. There’s some lounge chairs at the beach but all worn out. One of our ac doesn’t work. We booked two rooms. They gave us two, on different floors quite far apart. We agreed on a downsize so both rooms could be on a same floor. No compensation whatsoever. We booked apartments so administration is different. Maybe the hotel side is better ."

"The building is very new and modern. Rooms and pool are very nice. Some food options and a nice pool bar. The check in process was not the greatest but it was figured out pretty quickly. Beware it is also very windy. "

"Room is not exactly as the pictures. Staffs was awful especially at the S restaurant (gave wrong order and let me waited for a long time for the food after reminded them 2 times but they did not care), wifi is weak most of the time had no wifi, the A/C was not working and staff did not care to fix that, they just promised. I saw 2 cockroaches in my room and they did came to kill them but it is nasty to think about a place with cockroaches. Breakfast as they said have coffee but what they offer...

"This is one of the new properties here at Phan Thiet/Mui Ne so it is very nice and the kids/adults love the pools!!! The room is nice and clean. The staff was able to get everything that we needed. They also have tons of activity at night every nights so…. All and all 10/10 "
