"Great place to stay in Kandy! Rooms are clean, comfortable, and shower is great. Staff are true professionals and definitely want you to have a great stay. Hotel is perched atop hill just outside of town. Plenty of nice restaurants nearby and the town is a nice 20 stroll down the hill. Staff hooked us up with a great driver for day trip to Sigiriya. Great place to stay!"

"Dumbara Park Residence is a wonderful hotel for daily travel in Kandy. It’s very convenient and located right in the centre of the city. The rooms are clean, and the staff are extremely kind and helpful. The rooftop restaurant is amazing. It’s also just a 10‑minute drive to the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic (Dalada Maligawa). My next visit Kandy again, I will definitely choose Dumbara Park Residence. "

"First of all the condition of bathroom and the cleanliness of the room in general was really poor, insect on the floor, mold and dirty at evwry corner.In the morning, after informing the reception that the water was cold, and after the visit of some staff, we have been forced to take cold shower, since the problem was not solved after more than 40 minutes. "Our stay at Heuvel villa was nothing short of perfect!! The villa surpassed expectations in terms of how comfortably, stylish and well located it was. Warren was exceptionally attentive and the chef made a delicious breakfast for us every morning considering our dietary requests. We loved exploring Kandy and nearby Knuckles mountains on this trip and look forward to coming back again!"
