"Our 3 days stay was good. We extended for a day and the host was very accommodating. It’s a 5-minute walk to SM Bicutan. Wi-Fi was weak. Had a hard time connecting. The host told us that their wifi is just a temporary connection and the building owner will install a much better one. All-in-all it was a good stay. It’s near the airport also, so it’s best for travelers who want to avoid the mess of traffic jams in getting to and from the airport. "

"The place alone is nice and cozy but security is so slacking and didn’t know how to deal with guest- trying to kick out guest EVEN kids this duty on May 2 afternoon in maldives condo. This people shouldn’t be working in that kind of place as they so arrogant and their customer service is so poor even shouting toward my kids good a lady in blue uniform and they are treating my family as outsiders even we have other unit in the building. "I would simply not recommend this place for anyone. Roach infested. Pay to use the pool. Security guards treat you like a prisoner. Noisy ac units. Shower drain issues. Not getting the room you paid for. No soap, shampoo, or wash cloths. Moldy fridge. It seems there is no bereavement leave here for workers? Unprofessional. Go somewhere else with your money. "

"Waited for hours before I was able to check-in. Information about check-in process and protocols are not communicated very well. The units in this condo residences are privately owned and are subject to strict compliance. Amy was nice and accommodating however the experience was completely disappointing. This will be my first and last booking in this property. "

"I was surprised when the person in charged asked me for Security deposit of P2000 per night per room cash! We stayed for 4 nights for 2 rooms total of P16,000 cash. "The air conditioning unit was not working properly because there is at least 2 inches of dust inside the filter. I fixed the shower as the head fell out and the knob to turn the water on broke. And I also fixed the toilet hose and the little chain that is used to flush broke. So I changed that. Also screwed back the soap holder as it was not even attached to the wall anymore.
