"When we checked in - it was a HORRIBLE room - dirty, broken things, unacceptable. After some time we were assigned another room - at another wing of the property - and everything was fine there . So he average of 1 and 5 is 2.5 - I give it a 3 - to be generous. The food service was awful. Slow service, wrong items served - after waiting for almost an hour - dirty dishes left right next to us when guests had left. We stopped eating on premises. The beach was lovely and the property is beautifully i landscaped. "

The attention to detail throughout the resort is unmatched. What stood out the most was the level of customer service, staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure every need was met. "Room was clean. Staff was Wonderful. Mrs Sharon and her family did an excellent job. Thr Reef is absolutely a Gem..being able to have all your necessities with such a laid back vibe. I had the Honeymoon Suite.. my own private pool was so nice.. literally steps away from the beach..the only thing that was a shock was the hill on the driveway .. which is nothing compared to everything else. The view of the stars at night was absolutely beautiful. "

"Only stayed one night. Stayed the night before we went into Sandals. Service cleanliness was excellent. The restaurant was very good. I had the risotto with some of the best risotto I've ever had.. restaurant open an airy, staff very friendly. Highly recommend will be staying there in years to come."
