Great secluded hot spring resort with a very relaxed atmosphere. Everything was great except for the breakfast experience where we had to wait 20 minutes for a seat and didn’t feel relaxed at all. Overall experience was still very positive, nice facilities and great staff, there was even a little fireworks show during our NYE stay.

What an incredible find with this hotel that is ideally situated in a very active part of the city. Staff were really nice, rooms very modern and clean. Buffet breakfast selection vast and delicious. And nice touches like free use of washers and dryers. Really feel like I lucked out when I chose this place by chance. Terrific stay.

2N stay,good location, near eateries, quiet enough. Room size ample enough for 2 adults, bed is comfy, standing shower with wet/dry toilet. Breakfast variety is ok if you are not a fussy eater

Amazing and thoughtful staff - literally every single person I encountered was friendly and professional (and always helpful). Great location - beautiful park and museum right across the street, and walking distance to lots of great restaurants and my favorite indie bookstore in Taichung. Highly recommended

It is very close to Taichung station (2 minutes walk) and there is a bus station close to the hotel (30 secs walk) and will take you everywhere. Taichung station has bus stations that will take you to further places like Feng Chi Night Market (1 hr to 1.5 hr). Hotel use tab card so access is very safe. This is my preferred hotel in Taichung. The hotel is always clean, accessible, and the staff is amazing. I was particulary impressed by how clean the carpet on the 9th floor was. I remember staring at the floor a lot wondering if I could find a stain, but I couldn't. I was upgraded to a nice room with more space. I'm always impressed by the layout of the bathroom. Located in an extremely convenient area, close to many great restaurants and extremely walkable to places of interest. Service is impeccable. Staff were extremely attentive and helpful during our weeklong stay here. Daily housekeeping was also completed to high standards while we were away. Great location, walkable distance to many famous landmarks: Taichung Train Station, Miyahara store, Taichung City Hall. It is close to lots of good eateries, restaurants, and milk tea stores.
