On the positive side, the location is very good, the hotel has a nice pool with bar service, and I was able to book a very pleasant tour through the hotel at a fair price. "

"Our Family Room could use a little refreshing, but aside from that, our stay was absolutely perfect. The breakfast and lunch kitchen teams were exceptionally kind and attentive, and the reception staff were equally welcoming and professional. I also needed to work during my stay, and the internet connection was excellent — fast, stable, and very reliable, which made a real difference. Food was also diverse and very good. I have stayed in many Novotel properties, particularly across Europe, and this one truly stands out as the best experience I’ve had so far.
