"Nice place to stay However while most of the staff were lovely and efficient- some could do with putting a smile on their faces and not ignore someone who has paid for a room. It would also help if bar/ restaurant staff were up to date with availability in the kitchen. It took us three goes to order our meals as we were informed “ not available” AFTER ordering and waiting patiently "

"The spa was closed for the entire duration of our stay. The microwave, fridge, and lights in the guest toilets and the second bedroom ensuite were not working. When I escalated these issues, staff assured me they would be fixed the next day, but nothing was done. I ordered food through the kitchen service, but the order was sent to another room by their own error. After I cancelled it, food was still delivered to our room at 11 p.m. This reflects very poor communication within the hotel. I will never visit this hotel again. "The property was different from what they advertised on their site. I could not leave to go to another hotel, because I had paid for the room in advance and it would take six working days to get my refund. The room had an insect problem with a shower that flooded every time it was used. I cam there from the United States to get married, and I was embarrassed by the quality of the room that we had. The swimming pool area and bar area was neglected and needed love and attention. The internet service there was intermittent and mostly unreliable. I wish that I could some kind of refund, because of the false advertisement and poor hotel quality."
