"The staff is friendly, the first room I got had a bad smell, it’s a pet friendly hotel but they should really split them, like they would the smoking and non-smoking rooms. I asked for a different room and thankfully they were able to accomodate me. They answered all my questions and concerns. Again, all staff were nice and helpful."

"Boutique hotel away from the main tourist area of Vieques so it is very peaceful. There is a grocery store and a great restaurant within walking distance. They helped arrange for taxi pick up. Views are great. The junior suite was very confortable for our family of 4. I dont think tbey have a restaurant in the hotel but we didnt explore it mucb as we stayed ou for one day. Close to biobay tours."

"While first getting acquainted with hotel was complicated at first because it’s so large, we soon got used to it. The rooms were beautiful, the food excellent, and the pool was fantastic. The kids loved the splash pad and slide. We also loved the beach which was clean and fun for the kids to play in the sand. "
