But the best part of the hotel is undoubtedly the staff — everyone is extremely attentive. I would especially like to recognize Hassan, who works at the hotel’s concierge. He solved a major issue I had with the park ticket office. By the way, I highly recommend purchasing your tickets through him — besides being safer, it’s also more affordable."

"Best place to stay on Yas Island! Close to Etihad Arena and Yas Mall. The area has easy access to the Yas Express buses which is a free shuttle bus service for tourist staying on Yas Island. The buses will take you to all the popular attractions such as Warner Brothers, Yas Mall, Sea World and the Louvre Museum. The staff is welcoming and helpful. The breakfast buffet is top notch too! Cuisine from around the world and plenty options for vegetarian and meat eaters! I highly recommend for...

"Great hotel in the heart of Yas island - close to the airport, nearby access to all the theme parks and Yas mall as well. Walking distance to Yas waterfront which has some lovely restaurants. Clean, spacious room with complimentary water provided. Would stay here again "

"We had a beliw average experience with the property. The communication was great but; - Soap and towel for washing the dishes are not provided - our toillet was leaking so needed to wait for the handy man to come and needed to wait 4 hours once they fixed it to use. And theybused the 2 rolls of paper thatbwe had. - The floors were not super clean. "

"Excellent location of the hotel. Just a 5-min taxi ride from Yas Mall, Ferrari World and Warner Brothers. We were given an excellent room on top floor, corner - had an amazing panoramic view of the golf course, Yas Marina F1 circuit and Ferrari World. Good eating options in the hotel (Mexican restaurant, Belgian cafe). Breakfast spread was good with lot of options (including local Indian cuisines). Staff was helpful and polite."
