"If you’re looking for the review to decide on booking this is it! Hotel is still undergoing construction…this is two years in with no real progress. Water pressure is abysmal. If you have hair, you’re not getting the shampoo out. Stairs are a deathtrap(very steep). Walkway is extremely narrow. Beds are hard. TVs still had other people’s accounts signed in. Room was not 100% clean, trash found under beds, dried ketchup on floor(I hope!) and old bag of ice in freezer. No soap in room when we arrived. We went and bought are own. Neighborhood is noisy but that didn’t bother me. There is NO designated parking truthfully. Pool and hot tub are nice. No outdoor dining area. The property manager said the water issue was due to construction going on, he could’ve let us know weeks in advance that there was construction in the area. He did not. He didn’t bother because he has a no refund policy once you get there. Skip this and find a better option!"

"Le hace falta mucho cariño al lugar, el baño de la piscina horrible, tapado y con escrita, áreas sin pintar y llenas de moho, habitación con puerta de madera qué se podía ver a través de ella, trabajos de electricidad muy mal hechos , cables por fuera del cemento, no vuelvo."

"We ended up leaving after one night. The sheets were stained and the room was not what was pictured in the photos. The walls were paperthin, we could hear everything loud and clear in the room next to us. The ceiling tiles were falling. There was only one chair available at the table. The room felt like a hospital room. The staff was very friendly and accommodating during our stay. Just wish the property was in better order."

"Nothing special except the patio,which was lovely quiet and peaceful. The pool wasn't working which was fine not much of a pool anyway. Valentina was fabulous she helped me with check in she was pleasant and very helpful. Not a bad place if you just need a place to sleep for the night. There were a few maintenance issues but the place was clean and comfortable."
