I had the pleasure to stay at Dolce CampoReal Lisbon last December and I can say the hotel exceeded all my expectations. It is 30 mins from Lisboa city call: Torres Vedras. Beautiful country side with utmost peace and serenity anyone can imagine. The hotel room was clean and very modern. The facilities, staff and management were very helpful and I had a great pleasure to had my stay there. Our stay at the Penha Longa exceeded all expectations. From the beginning to the end. On arrival we were met with some of the most friendly and helpful staff. Everyone went above and beyond to please and to make the stay great. The hotel is nestled on a beautiful golf course. Lots of great restaurants and a superb free breakfast every morning. Star in every department was great. There was no language barrier. I would certainly return to this property. We had a wonderful vacation.
I had an issue and had to find a room for my daughter and myself at 2 AM. They were beyond nice enough to keep me in the same suite (big space) that I had booked for the remainder of my stay so I didn’t need to move our luggage. We had the family room, mezzanine suite. My daughter kept saying how comfortable the pullout sofa mattress was and it was nice that we each had our own space on two different levels.

Everything was good. Close to sintra train station, walkable distance to sintra city center. The room was clean and breakfast is also good. Coffee machine on basement is free for use anytime.
We had the room with the attached sunroom and it was so beautiful to see either the National Palace or the Quinta da Regaleira from every window. Detailed check-in instructions, complete with pictures, were very helpful. Great central location between historic center and Regaleira. Biester is on the way to Regaleira and a surprising quiet palace stop as well.

What a magical place! It’s like you stepped back in time when you arrive at this Quinta, surrounded by lush gardens.
